After your order is received, we'll contact you using the phone number or email address provided during checkout to schedule your private consultation.

We Create Your Signature Fragrance

Using everything you shared during your consultation, we'll carefully create a fragrance that is uniquely yours. If we need any additional information during the creative process, we'll contact you before completing your fragrance.

Packaging & Delivery

Once your signature fragrance has been completed, it will be professionally bottled, beautifully packaged, and carefully prepared for shipment.

Production Time

Most signature fragrance orders are completed within approximately 2 to 4 weeks following your consultation.

If your fragrance is being created for a specific event, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

Important Information

Every signature fragrance is individually created for a single customer. The listed price includes one custom fragrance formulation and one finished bottle. If multiple individuals (such as a bride and groom) each wish to have their own unique fragrance, a separate bespoke service must be purchased for each custom formulation.

Because of the personalized nature of this service, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once fragrance development has begun.
