Thank you for shopping with North Harbor Fragrance Labs. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship within the United States. Availability of international shipping may vary and is subject to change.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at info@northharborfragrance.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and product.

North Harbor Fragrance Labs LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.

We will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to help resolve shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier requirements, or applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment of products where prohibited by law.
