Refund policy

At North Harbor Fragrance Labs, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic, skincare, body care, and fragrance products, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Returns

For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, tested, or altered.

Unopened and unused products in their original condition may be eligible for return within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Return requests must be approved before products are sent back.

To request a return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number and reason for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the product and packaging, if applicable

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
